Beyond Consulting was contracted by BUPA KSA to execute a project aimed at updating and developing policies and procedures for the digital transformation sector and preparing the management to comply with quality management requirements (ISO 9001). The project included conducting multiple meetings, developing various guidelines and operational models, as well as creating process matrices, policies, key performance indicators, process flowcharts, authority matrices, and procedure templates.
