Beyond Consulting has been contracted to implement an organization-wide project to establish and update policies and procedures for 11 divisions of the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The manuals included procedural steps, policies, key performance indicators, procedure charts, authority matrices, procedure forms, and a service level agreement (SLA) manual.
