The project involved conducting an export readiness assessment, a field market study, and expert interviews to evaluate logistical requirements, consumer behavior, and competition. A comprehensive market entry strategy was created, including marketing and sales plans, evaluation of market entry methods, analysis of regulatory and cultural barriers, pricing dynamics, and a financial projection for export.
