Beyond Consulting was contracted to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Jordan focused on producing solid dosage form products for the pharmaceutical market. The project involved a thorough evaluation of the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region to identify key market opportunities, demand trends, and potential gaps in the pharmaceutical sector. This assessment also included an analysis of regional regulatory environments, competitive dynamics, and logistical considerations. In addition, the study provided a detailed technical evaluation, covering infrastructure requirements, production processes, and supply chain logistics, while also conducting a financial analysis that included cost estimation, revenue projections, and profitability forecasts.
